Holistic Wellness

As a Holistic RN I envisioned creating a holistic wellness space for to serve others whole-listically; body, mind, and soul. As a bedside nurse I witnessed how my patients needed more than medication and temporary symptom relief; healing was calling in deeper ways. It was evident that suffering came form past wounds, repetitive mental and emotional patterns, a sense of loneliness/separation, and consequently, a disconnect from their true Self. In this same way collectively as humanity we have now entered a state of evolution where true healing is calling.

Whether you wish to simply incorporate more presence and relaxation into your day to day or are interested in incorporating  holistic support for your wellness journey, I welcome you. I absolutely love what I do and enjoy creating a healing space that nurtures you.

Reiki is a holistic energy healing practice in the field of complimentary medicine. Rei means “divine” or “universal” while Ki means “life force energy” therefore can be translated to “universal life energy”. We have 7 main chakras or energy centers throughout the body that directly connects with physical, mental, and emotional balance. Each chakra is meant to unfold naturally (like a beautiful flower!) during different phases of our life. However, due to our perception and interpretation of experiences from our past this is not always the case. We can have open, closed, or blocked chakras. Each can be in a state of balance, deficiency, or excess energy. When not balanced, this can cause a stagnation of energy and therefore disturbance in our entire well-being. When energy is stagnant we feel its repercussions in every aspect of our lives. When energy is flowing freely, we also feel the freedom in every way, especially our innate freedom to BE.

During a Reiki session, the individual is completely dressed and simply lies down on a massage table or bed. The practitioner gently places hands on or just above the different areas of the body. By channeling universal energy this offers an opportunity for system to return to a harmonious balance, allowing any energy blocks to be released. Some people experience a feeling of warmth or coolness, a sense of heaviness, tingling sensation. Others fall asleep and this is completely normal as well! People often feel a great amount of relaxation and peace. Regardless of your personal experience, energy is being moved and can bring along profound realizations and shifts. Gradually, Reiki can assist in reducing stress and pain, calming the nervous system, and allow the natural openness and harmony inherent in each of us.

I am trained and certified in aromatherapy and include it in every Reiki session. It was an honor to receive the Reiki IV Master/Teacher Usui attunement through my teacher Judy Bowles, Reiki Master/Teacher for over 39 years. I received my in-person professional aromatherapist certification through the Institute of Holistic Phyto-Aromatherapy.

Holistic Lifestyle Consultation: Quantum Wellness Kun Li Lineage: Kun refers to Earth while Li refers to Light. Kun Li therefore translates to Light on Earth. Arising from ancient wisdom, this message taps into the interconnectedness of life. It sees the body not as a mere physical form but as an energetic one where frequencies and vibrations influence health. Life can be seen as an eternal dance of electrons in their polar opposite charges. These charges which are complementary, inseparable, and represent the qualities of the universe, are expressing in every aspect of life. When we recognize this we not only open ourselves to the  remembering of our true nature but also live in inner union which naturally supports the equilibrium in health. That is, our true nature is whole and complete and therefore innately capable in providing renewal and healing.

I create personalized sessions that focuses on the 4 pillars of health: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. When we live in a constant state of stress, incoherence, fear, we resist to the fullness that is already present in life. When we establish the calmness that is inherent in our being, the essence of life innately provides the healing that we need at any given moment.  Our session begins with an introduction and assessment followed by a mutually agreed upon proposal. It has been an honor to have received one-on-one guidance from Dr. Xiwli Germain, Doctor in Vibrational Medicine and Educator of Vedic Studies at Dharmashala (Center of Human Studies & Development).
