Evolutionary Astrology

Evolutionary Astrology embraces our free will. That is, the planets are there to set the themes and the tone of our experiences however it is how we personally choose to navigate our experiences that ultimately creates our reality. By understanding your birth chart you are able to not only understand yourself deeper but begin to tap into the energy of your higher self. When we know how to direct and channel our unique energies this can greatly assist us in living with much more awareness.

Evolutionary Astrology then is one distinctive tool that we can use towards self-discovery. We may come to realize that what we have lived in our past is deeply engraved in us today in the form of deep memory. From the position of living past lives or the transference of information from our ancestors, our souls remember past journeys.  By knowing this, we receive the most precious gift astrology has to offer; guide us as we heal our past wounds, help us realize creative ways of working with our present challenges, activate the determination needed to make changes, and live our life from our true essence.

I received my in-person astrological guidance through Steven Forrest, renowned astrologer and author. 

NATAL CHART READING Here we look at the “picture of the sky” at the moment of your birth. We talk about each planet; sign, placement, and meaning. We also discuss your past life story/patterns. All of this is your unique “spiritual blueprint/DNA” that you were born with the moment you took your first breath. Let us remember that it is when we deviate away from our true self that we consequently feel lost, confused, and disconnected. It is only when we reconnect with our true essence that we naturally feel the joy of life. When we understand ourselves we are better equipped to direct our unique energies with awareness and therefore live instead of merely exist. A natal birth chart reading can be truly transformational. 

TRANSIT READING Here we look at your current personal “astrological weather”-opportunities for growth uniquely to you. When you were born the planets were in a particular location, sign, and degree. However with time, the planets continue to move in relevance to your birth chart gently pushing you to expand and evolve! A transit reading can guide you towards understanding the current changes taking place in your life and those desired changes that have been at the forefront of your heart. This reading includes not only your transits but also your solar and moon progressions and solar revolutions (if applicable).

ONGOING SUPPORT SESSIONS This is a wonderful option to have during challenging transits. For example, if you personally currently have Saturn transiting (visiting) your 10th house of career, it is likely that you will see this reflected in your life. Perhaps you’ve had a deep desire to make changes in this area (career) however you may also feel the major limitations or challenges that are often part of this transit. This is a very different energy than a person undergoing a Saturn transit in their 7th house of partnership where the opportunity for growth or change lies in relationships. Here, we clearly see that all that is taking place in our lives is truly meant to be. We see that the movements in our inner reality reflects the happenings in our outer world. We learn to accept the opportunities that are being offered to us and embrace our unfolding path with intention and courage.

Natal chart readings are approximately two and half hours long. Transit readings are approximately one and half hour long. Follow-up support sessions are an hour long. I do in-person consultations at my office and have the option for voice record.
